Summer is in dominant mood and everyone is looking forward to get relief from it. Most of us are using air conditioners (AC) for the same. I hope you must aware of a normal AC which is available in most of the electronics shop. But, Do you know, there is another type of AC known as Inverter AC?

Before start discussing about inverter AC, let us talk about the normal AC first. So the first question arises is How AC works? Most of you must thought that AC just throws the cool air. But do you think it really works? During cooling process, AC takes indoor air, cools it by passing it through evaporator and throws it back to the room. Along with this, AC have compressor which compresses the gas (refrigerant) in the AC to cool the incoming air from the room.
In Normal AC, the compressor is either turned on or off. It uses full energy at its full capacity when it is ON. When the room temperature reaches the set temperature level, then the compressor stops. When temperature increases a bit, then compressor starts again.
Now comes the Inverter AC. The inverter technology of this AC works in the given manner. When compressor needs more power, it gives more power. And when it needs less power, it gives less power. With the help of this technology, the compressor is always ON, but it draws power depending on the temperature of the room and the set temperature.
Now you understood what an Inverter AC is? But what is the use of a different type of AC? What are its benefits?
Inverter AC, as written above, draws less power, so the power consumption is less as compared to normal AC. Inverter AC are used in places like offices, bank, ATM, restaurants, etc where constant cooling is required.
But it doesn’t mean that normal AC has no use. Normal AC can be used for instant cooling. If you want to use AC for only few minutes or hours or if you want instant cooling, then normal AC is best as Inverter AC takes time to cool the room.
So, I think you are now able to choose that which AC will best for you.
